Ruth Kraft has been working with women and mastering her ability to nurture for as long as she can remember. Fascinated by birth as a young girl, she chose to turn it into her lifelong career. She has extensive certifications in major birth worker organizations including Evidence Based Birth, large Doula organizations and extensively researches everything she teaches. Additionally, she created a certification for birth professionals, Honoring Women, and travels the country training and mentoring labor doulas, postpartum doulas, childbirth educators, and lactation counselors.
Ruth has more than 20 years of experience in helping new parents foster their own approach to parenting. She has experience with singletons, multiples, preemies, and special-needs children. She’s also an expert at managing stress levels, high-risk pregnancies, and traumatic birth. She provides guidance, practical tools, and strategies to empower parents to reach their specific goals. She encourages parents to find what is right for them and their families by using evidence-based and practical information regardless of norms.
