I agree to the following cancellation policy:

•   If the training in cancelled by Ruth Kraft, a refund in the full amount will be given.
•   If the cancellation is made by the student no refund is given.

Cancellations prior to training have the option of having payment applied to a training workshop within 12 months.  (No-shows are not eligible for registration transfer.)  If applicant does not attend a workshop within 12 months, all fees are forfeited.

I understand :

• To receive the 3 hours CEU’s I must fill out an online survey that will be emailed to me.
• By selecting  the below confirmation electronically, it is in lieu of a physical signature/initial.
• Nursing contact hours can be applied to most childbirth educator and doula certifications, as well as the Certified Professional Midwife credential. If you want to be sure they are accepted by your governing body, you should check with them directly.
