Ruth is a well-known and well-respected educator in the community for good reason. The tools I learned during her doula training have proven to be invaluable. I am proud to say that I was trained by her, and I appreciate that she is available for continual help and support.

I attended a labor doula training course taught by Ruth in April 2016. It was an amazing intense two day training course in beautiful Hawaii and it was worth every second. The knowledge and skills I brought from the training and have been invaluable to me as a doula and the passion Ruth has for birth work I simply cannot put it words! She was just brilliant! I still seek her counsel a year later. If a training or class pops up in your area taught by this above and beyond birth worker please consider taking it!
There are so many amazing things to say about Ruth I don’t know where to start. Not only did she train me to be a doula but I had the pleasure of having her as my doula for the birth of my daughter. She is calming, confident and educated. She knew just how to support me during my birth and continues to mentor me as I grow my business as a doula. Meeting Ruth was life changing. She was my Hypnobirthing coach, doula, and photographer. She empowered and educated me. Because of her, I had the most beautiful, perfect, gentle home water birth with the photos to remember it. I will be eternally grateful to her and love her dearly. Having Ruth as my support was the best decision I could have made.
There are not enough kind words in the world to describe what a wonderful person Ruth is. I did my Labor Doula Training with her and it was excellent. I was engaged the entire time, she used real life events, and she made sure we understood what being a Labor Doula really entails. When I decided to become a Childbirth Educator, there was no one else I wanted to take the training with than with Ruth. When I needed help and advice on a few births, she was readily available to answer my questions. She is always professional and all she does and I can’t wait to some day work along side of this beautiful being.
There are really no words to describe how much doula Ruth helped my family with the birth and after care of our premature twins. The amount of knowledge, support and empathy she brings to the table is unmeasurable. Now that Baby is here I found your breast feeding session to be most
beneficial to me. My husband enjoyed the session for the fathers to be. It
